- After this period, cancellation is not allowed as production begins immediately.
Personalized & Custom Orders:
- Due to the nature of custom-made products, once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality personalized photo gifts. Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Eligible Returns:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items (wrong design, wrong photo, or wrong customization)
- Printing errors caused by us
Non-Eligible Returns:
- Customer-provided errors (e.g., low-resolution images, incorrect text, wrong color choice)
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor color variations (as colors may appear slightly different due to screen calibration)
Return Process:
